By accessing and using PomoPage ("the Service"), provided by Kandins Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PomoPage is a productivity application that provides Pomodoro timer functionality, task management, and optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Gmail. The Service is offered in both free and paid (Pro) versions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
PomoPage Pro is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Polar. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar's terms of service. All sales are final, though refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kandins Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Kandins Studio is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kandins Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
